From an idea to curate connections amongst women — to a growing community and a foundation equipping women to launch and lead businesses.
The origin story
The ORB Network began as an idea to curate connections amongst women and design community gatherings that equip women with insights to strengthen their leadership and wellness.
The community launched in September 2025 and has grown to over 300 women in the Seattle area.
Our next chapter as The ORB Network Foundation, on our path to becoming a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is to create programs for cohorts of women founders to build, launch and lead businesses powered with AI.
Our Founder
Orlagh Neary
Orlagh Neary is a seasoned technology leader. With over 25 years of experience leading product marketing and go-to-market strategies at the forefront of emerging technologies — including Quantum, AI, and Cybersecurity — Orlagh built her career on designing community engagement strategies that build brands, establish new business categories, and drive scalable growth.
Orlagh is a passionate advocate for women in leadership and technology and is on a mission to equip women with the tools and community they need to build the careers and businesses of their dreams.
