From an idea to curate connections amongst women — to a growing community and a foundation equipping women to launch and lead businesses.
The origin story
The ORB Network began as an idea to curate connections amongst women and design community gatherings that equip women with insights to strengthen their leadership and wellness.
The community launched in September 2025 and has grown to over 300 women in the Seattle area, with event gatherings selling out within weeks of announcing.
In May 2026 we became a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and are excited for our next chapter of growth with our community members.
Our Founder
Orlagh Neary
Orlagh Neary has deep experience leading product marketing and go-to-market strategies at the forefront of emerging technologies including Quantum and AI. Orlagh built her career on designing community engagement strategies that build brands, establish new business categories, and drive scalable growth.
Orlagh is a passionate advocate for women in leadership and technology and is on a mission to equip women with the tools and community they need to build the businesses and careers of their dreams.
